How many creative requests can I make in a month?
With our monthly subscription, you are welcome to make unlimited creative requests! However, in order to maintain a high standard of quality and ensure each creative receives the attention it deserves, we do ask that all requests adhere to the following criteria:
Funnel Completion: Before making a request, ensure that the funnel for the creative is fully completed.
Feedback on Previous Work: If we've already completed a request for a specific funnel, we require feedback on the performance of the utilized ad copy and creatives before proceeding with new requests for the same funnel.
One Open Request at a Time: To keep our workflow streamlined and focused, we can only accommodate one open request at a time. If your request involves video editing, we consider it "open" until we receive the video file to be edited from you.
We assure a meticulous approach to each project with a 7-10 day turnaround time to bring your vision to life impeccably. By adhering to these rules, we can work together more seamlessly, and ensure that you're always satisfied with the final product!
What does a creative request include?
A creative request can include up to 5 hooks and angles, 5 pieces of copy, 15-20 images and GIFs, 1 video script, and 1 edited video.
How does the revision process work?
If you're not completely satisfied with the creatives we've delivered, you can request two rounds of revisions per creative request. With our Creative Direction process, we have approvals scattered throughout, and we consistently deliver our creatives to our clients without the need for any revisions.
